Elegant Tiers was founded by myself Joanne Parke. I am a qualified Head Pastry Chef and over the past 15 years have been employed by many top hotels in England and America, The Landmark London being amongst my portfolio.

Through my work I have catered for weddings, banquets and special celebrations and have often been asked to provide cakes for these occasions

The knowledge and enjoyment gained from helping people create a cake that meets their individual requirements for their special day has lead to the creation of Elegant Tiers

I am registered with the Mendip District Council and also hold an up to date Food Hygiene Certificate.

At Hotelympia 2008 I was awarded a Silver for my sugar Bridal Bouquet

At The Hospitality Show 2009 I was awarded a Bronze for Floral Arrangement and a Merit for my Bridal Bouquet
